We participated in the Traditional Craft Transmitter Academy Project held by National Intangible Heritage Center.
Our aim of the 2017 project was to develop craft products based on the Korean traditional way of dividing space that suite the modern ways of living. We have recorded the progress and results of the Academy project in the form of Exhibition, catalogue, and video clips.

) ornaments and accessories.
However, overtime,

Duseokjang

was regarded merely as an artisan of metal accessories for wooden furniture, although they used to make a wide range of accessories in the past.
Based on this knowledge, we sought to reinterpret

Duseok

not merely as accessories but as independent, aesthetically appealing artefacts, with the intention to expand the functionality and enhance the aesthetics of traditional wooden furniture and household goods.
